Living On The Veg

My partner and I stopped here for a bite while on a 6 week camper van road trip. We were looking for something tasty, yet clean and fresh to satisfy our vegan cravings. Living On the Veg DID NOT DISAPPOINT! Each bite we took was immediately followed by glances at the menu to strategize the next order. Couldn’t pass up the soft serve ice cream, which was amazing. We came back the next day for breakfast too. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the food was 10 out of 10. We can’t wait to return here next time we are in town. Thank you LOV!

I've ordered here quite a few times now and the food is always fresh and absolutely delicious! Everything I've tried has been great, but the chickenless salad sandwich remains my absolute favorite. Good portions and fair prices, plus the counter staff are always friendly and attentive Whether you're vegan or not, you'll love this restaurant!!

Amazing Picky vegan eater here and don't like the processed substitutes. This place goes beyond homemade. The daily special " buffalo soldier " was incredible.. potato salad was 10/10. Can't wait to come back and enjoy!

You need to come here. The food is incredible, the ice cream is delicious, the people are wonderful and the atmosphere is awesome. From the punk rock theme (love the stockers based on punk bands - can you name them?) To all of the homemade food and desserts, this place is my new go to when in the area! And it should be yours too! Fully vegan, they also have gluten free options available, homemade everything, great drink selection, and oat based soft serve? Perfect.

This is such a pretty Cafe. LBI is a few minutes away. Everything on the menu is absolutely amazing. Their milkshakes are outstanding. My favorites are the sandwiches and there's so many favorites... that I can't even choose a favorite. It has a grab-and-go refrigerated case, with things like mac and cheese, penne vodka, Seitan and mash etc. you can also buy things like chicken with salad and egg salad and potato salad by the pound. It has three seating areas in the front and the back... It also has outdoor seating as well. The people who work there are so sweet and friendly. Honestly you can't go wrong with anything you order here. Also there's a cute little grocery store next door... They have organic produce and a lot of vegetarian and vegan options im their a freezer case. Forgot to add that living on the edge get sourdough bread from a bakery in the same shopping center and you can buy a whole loaf if you want.

I just love this place as does my wife! We’ve been there multiple times and everything has been great. They strike a good balance between health food and comfort food. If they were in my area, it would be the only place I’d want to go out to eat. I feel strongly about supporting vegan restaurants for the animals, our health and our environment. For omnivores and vegetarians, I’d say do yourself a favor and find out how delicious vegan food can be!

I can't say enough good stuff about this place. The food and smoothies are fantastic. The service is even better. Inside are a few tall stools at the counter and 2 high top tables. Outside are regular picnic tables right near the main road. Vegans and non vegans alike will love this place, especially the smoothies. Try The King smoothie. It's my favorite.

This place is so good . Black bean burger, cheese steak wrap. Potato salad chix salad macaroni salad homemade everything the owners are awesome. They helped with picking out the food. I am new to vegan lifestyle and they made made confident in the choices of food I had and it was so good . Love this place
